My Pointer Toe On My Left Foot Seems To Go

my pointer toe on my left foot seems to go numb during cold and wet weather after work when I sit. when I am active it doesn't seem to bother me. some time I wear heavy socks after work when I am sitting around and that seems to help. this is not a severe pain but more like a tingling feeling. what is your opinion?
