My Potassium Is 5.7 And I Have Ben Dizzy For

my potassium is 5.7 and I have ben dizzy for quiet some time,and had a spell about two days ago ,feeling like I was about to pass out.I had to hold on to the door way for a minute, and emediatly after that my arms and legs were weak for just a couple of minutes or so. what could that have ben? also have ben having high blood sugar and am taking irbesartan
