My Problem Is That Large Amount Of Sperm Comes Out

my problem is that large amount of sperm comes out from my penis when I go to toilet , not only at morning time ... it occur at all the time during toilet. I am suffered of this problem since over two years. Now I am 21 years old and I worry about it. my question is that is this the reason of my weakness as i am a thin man. Should i go to a doctor. pls sugges
