My Pulse More Than 100 Without Using Concor 2.5 Mg

my pulse more than 100 without using concor 2.5 mg i use tablet at the time of5.30 AM but i feeling some mild pain and constipation one blood pressure drug enace 2.5 mg are being using after breakfast
I feeling pain in shoulders . knees and and stuff ness in musels. I also use tobbacco.Kindly advise me for better health.I do moring walk 45 to 60 minutes with yoga also.kindly advise
