My Pulse Rate Is Usually 88 Due To Fibromyalgia. Blood

my pulse rate is usually 88 due to fibromyalgia. Blood pressure has been really low for a while so doctor said to stop HCTZ for a week (I've been on that over 25 years to control blood pressure.) After the week was over I started taking vitals & BP was fairly normal, a little high, BUT my pulse rate varied from 91 to 118. I am worried about my pulse rate & that maybe the week off the HCTZ created water around my heart & now my heart is working too hard to get rid of it. What should I do? Doc isn't there until Tuesday due to Memorial DAY. THX, Pam Stoermer
