my question is I may have a tooth abcess.which has gone into my sinus cavity, I have retained so much fluid that my arms,legs,hands, are all swollen. I get dizzy and faint when I stand or get up, my mouth is sore and dry, like I'm dehydrated, but I'm not, cuz of all the swollen arms,hands,legs. where I can push in and it stayes pushed in and imprinted. I am very fatigued, and have started to wet the bed and then get up stumble to the john and then pee for up to a min. the tips of my fingernails are extremely white. what is going on with me
