My Rght Foot Has Been Swollen This Past Week..on The

my rght foot has been swollen this past week..on the inside around arch andback towards the heel.. today there is a raised red line that goes from the top of arch to bout middle of bottom of foot.. hasn't been really painful but I can feel like there is something stuck to my foot...ideas??
