My Riend Has Pancreatic Cancer Early Stage They Did Surgery

my riend has pancreatic cancer early stage they did surgery to remove part od it. it has been over a year but they say more cancer is present but cant find it. but tumor marker is very hi.she is now urinating orange. what does that mean? she is in pain everyday.does the pain ever go away. she still does her daily routine but gets tired easy
