My Right Eye Power Is -5.25 While My Left Eye

my right eye power is -5.25 while my left eye power is -3.25. how can there be such a large difference b/w the power of my eyes? Is there any way i cure or at least reduce the power of my eyes naturally or is a surgery necessary since i ma just 15 years old.
