My Right Feet- Is Swollen, And I Am On Blood

my right feet- is swollen, and i am on blood pressure medication and water pill combo. have not had any issues in years. 48yrs. i feel my body is tense, been trying to get massages and stretch to ease it off. i discovered a quarter size bruise on my left leg a few days ago. not really painful, i thought i had muscle pull on my left leg. Does this seem serious. I just got a new jo b, so not sure if i am stressing unnecessarily?
