My Right Inner Elbow(where It Bends) Has No Strength As

my right inner elbow(where it bends) has no strength as well as does my right knee(in the back where it bends). both feel as though I have hyper extended them and no strength......I am right handed and right legged, I also spend a lot of time on my feet. this is somewhat worrisome as I am a police officer assigned to a high school(school resource officer) and this could limit me in my duties. I'm male, 51 yrs. of age
