My Right Upper Eyelid Is Swollen, Has 4-5 Tiny Whitish

my right upper eyelid is swollen, has 4-5 tiny whitish blisters, started with burning sensation in outside corner evening 2 days ago ,as if I had touched it with finger that did have garlic on it. Little wet yesterday, today overnight little yellow gritty dry discharge on that red area and bag under that eye swollen.
