My Sister Has Ovarian Stage 4 Had Chemo & Radiology...has

my sister has ovarian stage 4 had chemo & radiology...has developed infection kidney stone has not been removed...she went to MDA & asked what do you want...quality or quantity of life..we are devastated & is this going to effect her time with us....I am worried about the stone..infection in her body...everyday gets worse...she is preparing to take chemo after Christmas...can you help me understand what we face?
