My Sister-in-law Has Just Been Diagnosed With "high Grade Adenoid

my sister-in-law has just been diagnosed with "high grade adenoid cystic carsonoma. she is being referred to Mayo clinic. is that a high risk cancer? She is about 68 years old. I am an 11 year surviver of breast cancer so the "word" doesn't send me into a panic.
