My Sister-in-lawq Is Only 34 But She Is Now In

my sister-in-lawq is only 34 but she is now in hospital since Thursday. I was told she got a blood clot, and now she is paralysed except she can blink her eyes. She cannot speak. They are talking about putting her in a therapy facility to regain her body control and speech. Two little kids aged 13 and 2, staying with us for now. How long usually does that recovery process take? we need to deal with her car, her job, her rented apartment, etc, but clueless about how long this might go on.
