My Sister Inlaw As Got Lung Cancer She As Had

my sister inlaw as got lung cancer she as had a pet scan and the camera up her nose and down her throat,two weeks ago almost they said that they could not do a biopsy as the could not reach it because the tubes where too narrow,they are saying the tumer is tucked under the sholder,what can be done?
