My Sister Is Having This Weird Stuff Happening She Said

my sister is having this weird stuff happening she said that out of nowhere she feels like then way you feel when you were in high school and you were track and your can feel your heartbeat in your head and feels like your head is really pulsating and she said she feels like her eyes wanna go back and forth she feels really tired after these feelings subside. Its so much pressure on her head that afterwards she is exhausted. What could this be from? do you know?
