My Sister Is Studying In Second Year Of College But

my sister is studying in second year of college but she remains depressed all the time .This condition of her mental state is from class7 .she often says that she is adult but her mentality did not grow up with age.we have consulted many doctors but nobody could cure her properly.even out of depression,yesterday she attempted suicide. she is passing sleepless nights.what to do?
