My Sister Suffering From Dengue Fever Is Having 85000 Platelets

my sister suffering from dengue fever is having 85000 platelets but not able to speak and respond properly. She just nods her head sometimes speak in very low tone. Although she recognises all of us. Doctor says virus attacked on brain. CT scan shows no blood leakage in brain. However a very small dark spot in brain is visible. Doctor says it could be because of blood not supplied to this part at the time of fever. When will be she normal and able to speak.
