My Sisters In Her 50s She Now Has Degenerative Bone

my sisters in her 50s she now has degenerative bone disease shes currently got metal plates in her neck and lower spine i received a call from her telling me she has to leave her residence and she needs a good doctor to take care of her .she is scheduled nerve blocks but i need to get her stable before snow season she is in estill springs tennessee and im in search of wva doctors and pain management referrals she has heart and lung issues as well so please any advice would be appreciated; thank you in advance
