My Six Year Old Daughter Has Been Having Stomach Aches

my six year old daughter has been having stomach aches this past week with dark green stools. tonight
she went and same thing, except this time the first thing that came was yellowish mucus with a very strong foul smell...I am concerned...what can this be?
