My Skin Has Bumps All Over,even On My Scalp!!Itchy Disquesting

my skin has bumps all over,even on my scalp!!Itchy disquesting bumps between mt fingers,all over my feet, my back etc.I allowed my brother to move in with me & he is filthy!!My daughter ggot both scabies & head lice when she attended Wellinton but thats been 20 tears ago,so I really dont remember???Ther are these small black tiny black squishy things everywhere!!I;ve been treating with the drug store lice treatments but my brother wont be active in the cleaning??!!Does tthis sound like these bugs??I am grossed out!!What can/should I do??
