My Skin Is Starting To Look As If I Have

my skin is starting to look as if I have a tan with a coppery look @ times & @ angles. More so on my thighs & arms. I use to have an olive complexion however had a mole that was the beginning of ca so I shield my self from the sun to the point that peeps call me casper. I don't have any idea what is going on or which doctor to see.
