My Skin Is Very Sensitive.. In Winters It Does Adapt

my skin is very sensitive.. in winters it does adapt to the weather but in summers my skin become very oily.. especially the chin area.. with lots of acne n whiteheads ... my pores are always clogged and my skin tone is very uneven ... please help ...
