My Son 3years 6months Has Asthma Not Severe And Coughing

my son 3years 6months has asthma not severe and coughing was brought to emergency 1st time and was released as having just a cold 2nd time he was just getting worse and worse when doctor saw him he was given oxygen and had x-rays of chest done. no fever mind you at the time we saw his doctor working on floor and he intervened with other doctors examination of again common cold, after inspecting the ex-rays we were told he had pneumonia and given amoxocylin which he was alergic to noticed a rash on his body we were told to return him and they gave him azithromycin and demadril for allergic reation so which doctor is right when one is saying how can he have pneumonia without a fever ? What could the other doctor have seen in x-ray to say its pneunonia ?
