My Son Fell On His Elbow And Dislocated It But

my son fell on his elbow and dislocated it but it went back into place. He iced it at home and the swelling went down but it's still sore. I tested for pulse at wrist and numbness everything is fine. He is just very sore at joint. he also has movement in hands (making stop sign ) etc.
