My Son Fell Through Some Broken Boards On A Deck

my son fell through some broken boards on a deck and scraped his leg on a nail. It was not too deep and only about 2 inches long. We cleaned in up with antibacterial wash and put neosporin on it and a bandage. Now today, there is about a 4 inch diameter red, puffy, hot circle around it and it is very sore. I am trying to decide if I should take him to urgent care or just put more neosporin on it and rebandage it
