My Son Has A 102 Temp, And His Throat Is

my son has a 102 temp, and his throat is hurting and looks pail with some mild pockets. I've been giving him ibprofin and Tylenol in two hour rotations. I cooled him down in a room temp bath, and I'm now using wet cool cloths. earlier today we were playing outside, and I see some red blotches on his right side ribcage. what should I do now?
