My Son Has Been Having Issues With A Couple Things

my son has been having issues with a couple things he has autism and our problemhe has been losing hair,feels alone when he walks his legs tinglehe gets dry mouth he looks like his face is getting skinner, he feels sad and alone, and he has been very active in his life and always was big on riding his bike and all summer he has not been riding his bike this year he is 26 and still lives at home with his mpother he has lost a grandmother and a grandfather in the past 6 years that has raised him the first 6 years of his life and realy never vented about it probably becouse f his autism he doesnt share his emotions or express them very well so my quistion is these symptoms something i should wory about and what can i do to help him we are very conserned and the doctors here arent realy telling us much so if i can get aany advise we would realy appretiate it anything will help and he ALso take tegretol 100 mg so plz anything will hellp or -you can have my cell nummber if needed to talk to me personaly my email is " YYYY@YYYY ' plz adress to james conklin for justin jamrog so i no to pick you out thank you for your time if i get a email asking for a number or a number to call i will gladdly email my number back or call the number you give thank you for your time
