My Son Has Had A Sever Pain In The Bottom

my son has had a sever pain in the bottom of his feet dignoise with plantar fascitfaccistis he is 33 years old did have surgery on one foot years ago still no relief it is in both feet he has tried the shoes,viedos , injection from a doctor it does rule his life of course pain does make you irraltiable therapy didn't work he is still doing home exercise for them any suggestion?
