My Son Has This Found In 2004 ?? In Frontal

my son has this found in 2004 ?? in frontal lobe of brain dr said one out of three boys in same family gets this usually now he is in early 30s and constantly throw up , gag, thick mucus etc... he takes no medicine and has difficulty focusing and eyes give him problems and upset most of time is his life in danger from this brain cyst what should he do???
