My Son He Is 3yrs Old...and Doctor Advised Him Syrup

my son he is 3yrs old...and doctor advised him syrup cadilose...but it has not helped him...he is just not ready to pass due to fear. he is getting urge but due to fear holds it back...neotomic enema was already given...n local application lignocaine jelly was given due to minor cut at the anus....i started him on lots of fibre food and liquids as well....but it has not helped him much....what else can u advise me? thank u
