My Son Is 10 Years Old And Complained Of Chest

my son is 10 years old and complained of chest pain, his heart rate was 140. he ended up having the flu but his EKG also showed RBBB. He had complained of chest pain before but I assumed it was his asthma flaring up and gave him an inhaler. He also has dizzy spells to the point where the room spins - he is very active and an athlete. he has had dizzy spells on the ice rink before a hockey game. his ECHO came back fine. his dizzy spells and lack of energy is what concerns me - should I be concerned? we have a follow up with cardiologist soon. thx
