My Son Is 13. He Suddenly Has Somewhat Of A

my son is 13. he suddenly has somewhat of a lump within his right nipple. He doesn't recall feeling it until after he hit into something and although it doesn't hurt him it feels like a hardened bump. Concerned as to what this could be aside from a cyst and I am calling his pediatrician tomorrow but looking for insight until the office opens.
