my son is 17months old and is facing lot of problems due to teething. he has swollen and sore gums, refuses to eat and has a feeling of nausea whenever attempted to feed. how can I improve his appetite, since his weight gain is not satisfactory. he is already taking feredet and zincovit syrup.
