My Son Is 19 Years Old Approximately 145 Pounds And

my son is 19 years old approximately 145 pounds and in good health. Just now he was sitting at his computer and went stiff then went limp like he had a seizure. His color ran out and his lips turned blue. I laid him down and his color returned.
He seems ok now but not sure how to proceed?

Please help
