My Son Is 2 Year 8 Month Old And Weight

my son is 2 year 8 month old and weight approx 8 kg . from last 10 days he not getting food properly , after full force he taking one bread in morning and avoid food in day in night again one bread.

also need to know can i give him albandazole , and what should be dose for him??
