My Son Is 25 And He Had A Mild Concussion

my son is 25 and he had a mild concussion in May. We finally got a doctor to send him for a MRI becuse the first doctor just kept telling him he wasnt ready to go back to work. Now the MRI showed that he has Periventricular leukomalacia from when he was prematurely born. I am having a hard time finding info on adults
