My Son Is 6 Years And 4 Month With Weight

my son is 6 years and 4 month with weight of 21.8 kg. he is a CP with GDD child having seizure disorder. his seizure medicines are Valparine syrup 5ml and 10ml and Keppra syrup 3ml and 3ml. Now he is suffering from fever and cold from last 1 day, given p-250 5ml, temperature is sometime reducing and again going up to 101. now doctor told me to give calpol 250 6ml 4 times and relent 5ml 2 time. Calpol given today at 10.40 am but till time he is having fever and temperature is not coming down. At what time it takes to calpol act after taking or any other medicine please suggest
