My Son Is 6months, He Is Suffering From Loose Motions

my son is 6months, he is suffering from loose motions 6-7times in a day, we have used bifilac,racigyl, enterogermina,zinc dry, but still facing the problem of loose motion.baby is active and normal,baby is taking mothers milk,but what is the problem? .. plz suggest me .. what diet should take for mother...
