My Son Is 8 Month Old Been Having On Go

my son is 8 month old been having on go medical issues. he had full blood panel done in june and it came back the he had elevated liver enzymes his phos. was 416 ast 52 alt was 53. they tested him again 3 weeks later and his level went up his phos. 520 ast 62 alt 73. his poop has been mucus and dark green with bad smell. his sleep pattern weird too and his grumpy like he is hurting and he has a rash that like look pimps. what is going on him?
