My Son Is Having Skin Disorder Named H.S. He Is

my son is having skin disorder named H.S. he is having pus formation in the body and it is coming out of the joints of arms and leg joints.After a long treatment isotritenoin, he was having side effects i.e diabetics, high cholestrol.Please advise us the proper hospital/ doctor to whom we should consult for this disease.
