My Son Is Very Hyper He Always Has To Be

my son is very hyper he always has to be up moveing around he cant sit still for long and its now affecting his learning in school he also starts yelling out at his teachers throwing things in class he seems to have trouble when he leaves to go to speech then comes back to class he cant transition back to what he suppose to do what can I do
