My Son Just Got Hit In The Head With A

my son just got hit in the head with a thick glass globe from a lamp and I am checking for concussion symptons. he did not lose consciousness, his pupils seem equal, and so far no nausea or vomiting. even if he has one I don't think they can do anything for him at urgent care . am I right?
