My Son (now12) Was On Paroxetine (20mg) For About One

my son (now12) was on paroxetine (20mg) for about one year for anxiety. It was very effective but caused excessive weight gain. We transitioned to the current 40mg of fluoxetine. No weight issues but anxiety seems worse. He has problems with verbal self control and now is talking suicide. We have no prescription insurance and was wondering if there was something else to treat the anxiety without the weight issues
