My Son Scraped His Knee Last Week We Have Been

my son scraped his knee last week we have been doctoring it. It seems to be better but now he has developed a pimply rash all down leg. Could it be a impetigo, staph or an allergic reaction to the neosporin or tape we have been putting on his wound.
