My Son Tested Positive For Mycoplasma And The Doctor Said

my son tested positive for mycoplasma and the doctor said it is chronic. my son is 21 on the autistic spectrum; i checked for this when his ocd/anxiety behaviors increased. this has happened to him as a young teen he was diagnosed with PANDAS. he is on antibiotics now but i feel we have not gotten to the core issue. can you reccomend a specialist? we live in manhattan if that is possible to see someone here that would be best
