My Son Vomits Every Single Time He Eats Or Drinks

my son vomits every single time he eats or drinks anything. his face is rosey but there is no fever. one minute he is acting normal, then he stares blankly in to space. green snot, cough. on antibiotics for 10 days already and they are gone so i suppose they didnt work.
