my son was diagnosed with rsv 5 days ago. he continues to get worse..not eating or drinking. he acts like it hurts somewhere when he coughs. but we are not sure where. his dr has done a flu test and it was negative. is there a possibility that his white blood cell count is low and if so what should I do
