My Son Was On Paxil 30 Mg. Then Switched To

my son was on Paxil 30 mg. then switched to Prozac since it paxil was not working. after feeling pretty good on prozac the pharmacy filled the wrong medication- I thought my son was taking Prozac he was but was actually taking paxil. Today he had a refill and started again on Prozac. He has been acting so bad for the past month and I discovered the mistake today. First day back on Prozac and he seemed very unstable. Could this be due to the sudden change? Paxil was not working which explains a lot. Yesterday he was on Paxil 30mg and today Prozac 30 MG? will it hurt him? is it ok to continue on the Prozac now?
